Welch and Avery has officially changed its name to The Trevor J. Avery Law Firm after Attorney Christopher J. Welch was appointed to serve as the District 4 Court Judge in North Carolina, leaving Attorney Avery to lead the firm on his own. Chris will fill the vacancy of Judicial District 4 after the Honorable William “Mac” Cameron retired. Judicial District 4 consists of Duplin, Sampson, Onslow, and Jones counties.
